- Paper
- Coloured pencils/crayons
- Smocks (if necessary)

Instructions

1. Provide each young people with a piece of paper and coloured pencils or crayons.
2. Explain each of the four quarters:
- Where I Live
- What I Am Good At
- What I Love
- What I Look Like

3. Allow young people to draw and decorate each quarter based on what resonates with them.
4. After they finish, invite young people to share their shields with the group.
